Memorial bear with custom tshirt
This is our adorable memorial bear with a cremation ashes resin pendant. Can also be made with hair, clothes and breast milk.
A gorgeous keepsake for children or adults of all ages and a great way to feel close to a lost loved one.
The pendant can be made in any colour and come with a certificate of authenticity.
Please note the style of the bear may vary slightly but will always sit approximately 22cm tall and can come complete with a personalised T-shirt with a picture of your lost loved one.
On ordering we will send out one of our order packs with a prepaid envelope for you to return some hair or ashes for the heart.
REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
Given the personal nature of each piece we create all completed orders are non refundable.
Should you be dissatisfied with your order please contact us via email and we will do our best to resolve any issues.
All items are sold with a 14 calendar day cooling off period. Should you wish to cancel or amend your order in this time then use the contact us page where we can assist you further.
SHIPPING INFO
Your order pack will be sent out within 3 days of us receiving payment.
Once we have received this back your item will be ready and shipped back to you next day recorded delivery within 2-5 weeks.
PRODUCT INFO
Order packs are sent out within 3 days of payment for you to return with your deceased loved ones ashes/hair/fur. Any not used will be returned with your jewellery.
We run at a 2-5 week turnaround time for the completion of your item.
As all our products are made by hand some slight imperfections may occur in some pieces. Such as small air bubbles or slight differences in colour.
