How it works
How to return cremation ashes, hair and other items
If your order requires you to send any precious or personal items like ashes or hair, we will send you an order pack with a prepaid return envelope once your order is confirmed. This includes a questionnaire to fill in with questions about your item, everything needed to return some ashes/hair and a ring sizer if required.
